All our ingredients are either Organic, Fair Trade, Home Grown or the best locally available to us.

The eggs we use are from our own chickens, that are fed organically, fresh organic vegetables and organic corn everyday.  They are able to roam freely in the garden and are kept in a chicken run when we are out to avoid any un-welcome predators.

The herbs we cook with are grown in our own Organic garden. We have Parsley, Sage, Chives, different types of Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Mint, Dill, Tarragon and Oregano.

We cook with edible flowers which are a fun and colourful extra ingredient to add to our seasonal dishes.

We also grow Strawberries and a whole range of vegetables which weather permitting are used in all our dishes.

We do not use any pesticides whilst growing the herbs, fruit and vegetables and we don't give our chickens any unnecessary medication.

All our Herbs and Vegetables are grown from Organic seeds, in Organic Soil and nothing other than Organic Fertiliser or good old Chicken Manure is used on them.
